I just made some kale chips with sea salt and coconut oil. My grandma had Alzheimer’s at the end of her life, and my mom is (understandably) worried that she will get it one day, as well. She learned that coconut oil is apparently good for that, so we bought a big jar of it. I’m going to find as many ways to incorporate it into food as possible. My mom rules and I want her—and her brain—around as long as possible.
