![Learn to cook project: Blueberry muffins
Baking is the most demoralizing aspect of this project. Everything I try to bake just kind of…..blows. I followed the directions exactly and these things still taste bland. Not nearly enough sugar. I mean…I guess other than that they aren’t abysmal failures, but they’re just so…..mediocre. I was all stoked to be like “hey cool people at work, here’s a delicious blueberry muffin to start their morning.” But like…these are not treats. These are the muffins that only a loved one will tolerate. And now I got like, 10 muffins that I shouldn’t eat for diet’s sake and I wouldn’t foist on others.
What I’m saying is you should come to my apartment and eat these weak muffins.
